This is a 5Rhythms®, dynamic, moving meditation class on the Peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area. A practice for your body and soul. You will be guided by a team of brilliant teachers in a safe space. Dancers of all experience levels are welcome.
When: Sundays, 10:15 am - noon
Where: Luna Del Soul - House of Dance, 822 Cassia St, Redwood City, CA
Registration:
In order to make the dance financially accessible, free entry is offered to those who serve as volunteers. We also offer sliding scale fees:
$25 - discounted for those in need of financial support
$30 - covers the cost of the class
$35 - helps sustain the class
In person payment only - Venmo, Zelle & Cash accepted. Please arrive early to register.
Refund policy - a missed class may be credited to a future class or transferred to another dancer

Volunteers
