Sweat Your Prayers
Luna Del Soul, Redwood City
This is a 5Rhythms®, dynamic, moving meditation class on the Peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area. A practice for your body and soul. You will be guided by brilliant teachers in a safe space. Dancers of all experience levels are welcome.
When: Sundays, 10:15 am - noon. Please arrive early to register.
Where: Luna Del Soul - House of Dance, 822 Cassia St, Redwood City, CA
Cost:
In order to make the dance financially accessible, free entry is offered to those who serve as volunteers. We also offer sliding scale fees:
$20 - discounted for those in need of financial support
$25 - covers the cost of the class
$30 - helps sustain the class
Online registration - credit only, includes a 4.5% transaction fee. REGISTER HERE
At the door - Venmo/Zelle (preferred) & cash accepted
Refund policy - a missed class may be credited to a future class or transferred to another dancer.

Volunteers
Volunteer crew members are essential to the dance. They are needed to assist with setting up and closing down each class. Crew members receive free entry to the class they serve. If you would like to help out, e-mail meditate.dance@gmail.com
